For Salaried or Hourly Wages Borrowers

  • Last Two Years W-2
  • Two Most Recent Pay Stubs in Last 30 Days
  • Last Two Months Bank Statement
  • Appraisal Fee in the Form of Money Order, Certified Funds or Cash Payable to Appraiser
  • Recent Statement of 401k, Stocks and or Bonds
  • Recent Statement of Life Insurance Policies
  • Copy of Current Homeowner's Insurance Policy
  • Copy of Current Flood Insurance Policy when Applicable

 For Self Employeed Borrowers

  • Same as above, except Income Documents should include:
  • Last Two Year Complete Tax Returns including Schedule A, B, C, E, 1120, 1120S when applicable.
  • Year to Date Financial Statement
  • Year to Date P&L (Profit & Loss)
